One of my best experiences with a car dealer ever. Bought my son a Ford Fiesta diesel from garforth 63 met by Betty one of the nicest lady you could ever meet. She showed us around the car. Let us browse it over and have a test drive. The car was immaculate and was just what my son wanted. Their was a couple of jobs we asked to be done agreed on the price and ended up sat talking to Betty for over a hour. She is amazing a mum you would always want. We agreed to pick up Saturday and this was Thursday afternoon. Saturday morning we was met at the train station by Phil,s wife who kindly took us to the showroom. We was meted by Phil who made us a brew and a sit down. My granddaughter took a shine to Phil,s wife and was shown around the showroom and given some chocolates. Phil is a genuine guy 100% honest. He showed us he had done the jobs we asked for including one we didn’t spot and got the part and replaced it. The car was valeted to a excellent standard and my and my son could not be happier. My granddaughter wanted to take his wife home with us. I can honestly say this is my best experience with any car dealer. The car is A1. The service we received was A1. Betty is a star and Phil and his wife are like our best friends now. Highly recommend this dealer. Top cars at excellent price and condition. Thank you Phil will definitely be buying from you again. I just want to express the excellent service I received from Garforth 63 sales. I bought a Range Rover Evoque from them, they told me if anything happens in the 3 months after they sold it then they would be happy to look at it. I had a couple of minor problems, a back brake sticking and also an electrical problem with the door handle which caused it not to lock. They instantly solved the problem and fixed it. Fantastic service and they went out of their way to help. I just want to say a massive thank you and it’s not often you get a genuine car dealer like this garage. Highly Recommend.
